Practice Changes for Thursday, January 21st

Due to a high school meet that starts at 5:30 PM, practices Thursday night will run as follows:

Senior - regular schedule

Gold - 5:30-7:00

Silver - no practice

Bronze - 5:30-6:30

Juniors - regular schedule

Minis - regular schedule

RAYS 101 - regular schedule

High School & Beyond - no practice
