Welcome to the Upper Palmetto YMCA Stingrays Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You will complete the registration through your own private account that will also enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign up for volunteer jobs, see your children's swim times, maintain your own contact information, access important information, receive team communications, and more.  Note that if you already have an account, you should log in to your existing account before registering.  Also, please do not register your swimmers multiple times.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW SWIMMERS/FAMILIES *** 

All new swimmers need to register as soon as possible.  Please complete the registration process before your swimmer participates in the two-week free trial/evaluation period.  If you have not been told your practice group when you register, please select "Evaluation" as the practice group for each new swimmer, and we will move them to the correct group once placement is determined.  You will need to pay the $180 registration fee at the front desk at the Aquatic Center.  The remainder of your training fees will be determined once your swimmer is placed into their practice group.   If you choose not to continue with the team past the two-week free trial period, you must notify Diane Case at teamadmin@swimrays.com before the end of the two-week free trial period, so that your registration fee will not be deposited .

As part of the registration process, you will be required to agree to three separate pages:  Release and Waiver of Legal Liability, Terms and Conditions for Participation, and Volunteer Contract.  You can download a printable copy of these pages by clicking here.  You will also be able to access them under the Member's Page on the website.
